One of the great things about buying locally raised meat is that you get to determine exactly how you want your meat cut and packaged by a local processor.
On the night of the sale, you will specify which processing location you want your animal sent to. As a buyer, you are responsible for specifying how you want your meat cut and wrapped and for paying the processing costs. You can provide written directions to the sale office on the night of the sale by turning in a cut sheet, or you can call the processor within two business days following the sale.

*If you would like to have your animal processed by AGP, you will need to contact them prior to the sale to make arrangements.
*All meat that will be donated will be sent to Fitch Ranch Artisan Meats. Buyer is responsible for processing fees.
