- Buyers can register by calling the CSU Extension Office prior to the sale, or they can come to the sale desk before the auction begins to register. This is where buyers will get their bidding numbers.
- Maybe you don't have freezer space for a whole animal, but you still want some of that delicious, locally raised meat. We have the solution. Ask around, talk to your friends and business acquaintances and see if they're interested in splitting an animal in halves, thirds, quarters, etc... to help offset everyone's' costs and give everybody some meat.
- SOLD! Once you have successfully won the bidding on the animal, please go immediately to the photo area and to the auction office and check out. This is where you will take a photo with the 4-H Member and animal, write a check, and complete the paperwork for your meat to be processed in the way you desire.
- You can pay by credit card or check.
